Bellis Perennis-English Daisy color mix. This wonderful daisy is a cheery, showy plant that
blooms from spring to fall and can be grown as a perennial or biennial. It is happy and vigorous in cooler weather and can become a little invasive. The foliage consists of spoon shaped dark green leaves and produces an insane amount of fully doubled, semi-doubled, or single flowers of white, pink, red and rose, perfectly shaped, and jam-packed with petals resembling a pompom. It will tolerate heat but is happier in cool damp humid climates. It is a self sower and produces deep roots that will come back the following season, in addition to new plants. This is also a plant that will bloom the first year. Remove faded flowers to bring a longer blooming period. Does very well in containers and is mostly pest and disease free. (keep an eye out for rust). A beauty in any garden and flower to be proud of. Requires light to germinate so read up on germination for this seed.

I urge anyone buying seed to do their homework on germination, I have not raised and cannot raise many of these plants as I am sub-tropics here in St Augustine, Florida. All seed are NOT alike! There are so many different factors in germination and not doing a search is throwing your money away. I want everyone to be successful when growing your flowers from seed it is the most rewarding experience in Gardening and you can do it, if you give the seed what it needs to grow. I always check 3 sites of info to choose how I will go about it. It is not hard to do, if you do it right!
