Campanula Medium Double Mixture - Canterbury Bells. This is a hardy biennial heirloom blooming from June to September with a perfectly blended color array of white, mauve, violet-blue, and amethyst with white. The flowers are large and super showy that start out bell shaped, dangling over on a single stem and then transforming into an open cup shaped flower. It will generally bloom in the second year but occasionally it will bloom in the first year. It can brag on being a superior cutting flower and will last weeks in a vase by cutting the stems every other day and giving fresh water. It is easy to grow from seed and will need increased water for warmer climates. It is a self sower if not deadheaded and will bloom all summer long with proper care. Attracts bees, butterflies, and beneficial pollinators as well as beneficial insects it attracts.

I urge anyone buying seed to do their homework on germination, I have not raised and cannot raise many of these plants as I am sub-tropics here in St Augustine, Florida. All seed are NOT alike! There are so many different factors in germination and not doing a search is throwing your money away. I want everyone to be successful when growing your flowers from seed it is the most rewarding experience in Gardening and you can do it, if you give the seed what it needs to grow. I always check 3 sites of info to choose how I will go about it. It is not hard to do, if you do it right!
SEED GERMINATION TIP!!!!!!!
ONLY GERMINATE A SMALL PORTION AT A TIME.
DON'T PUT ALL YOUR MONKEYS IN A BARREL.
Good Luck and Happy Planting!!!!
