Eryngium Giganteum Miss Wilmott’s Ghost – is a perennial that blooms in the summer. They are easy to grow and low maintenance. They are drought and dry soil tolerant once established. They are thistle like flowers sitting on tall upright steams and they are a pale blue that almost looks white with silvery white foliage.
