Penstemon – Sunburst Ruby is an eye-catching flowering plant with  crimson red blooms, accompanied by white throats with markings making the blooms look like they were hand painted. They grow to a height of 18-inch  lush bushes, lined vertically with the blooms that grows on  a thick stem supporting all the flowers that grow up the stalk. Their long leafy bases  with their sturdy stems have a glistening green foliage. These flowers thrive best in full sun however, they can tolerate partial shade.
