lactiflora – Prichard’s Variety, also known as “Milky Bellflower”, and widely appreciated by many in the garden, is an attractive flower that profusely produces rounded clusters of rich violet-blue, trumpet-shaped flowers, a white center, sitting on sturdy stems and narrow pointed leaves. Reaching heights of 3’-4’ feet tall and spreading 2’-3’feet wide. Enjoying the full sun to partial shade, these easy-to-grow flowers bloom from June to July and are wonderful pollinators for butterflies and hummingbirds.
