Campanula persicifolia Blue commonly called Peach Leaved Bellflower not only for its enchanting flower, but for its pointed leaves that resemble those of a peach tree, hence its name. This variety has been grown and placed prominently in Master gardens for centuries in Europe. These elegant clump-forming flowers sit atop sturdy stems and narrow, toothed, bright green leaves, bearing flowers in shades of violet-blue or white. “Peach Bells” are easy-to-grow plants that enjoy the full sun to partial sun and bloom during Summer. Reaching heights up to 1’-3’ feet high and spreading 1’-2’ feet wide. These plants are relatively pest-free and deer tolerant but do expect hummingbirds and other pollinators to come buzzing around.
