Polemonium Pauciflorum or Jacob's Ladder is a rare species of flowering plant in the phlox family found in the United States and Mexico. Blooms late Winter to Spring and has trumpet shaped yellow blooms tinged in color. Growing to a height of 18 inches, these are great to mix in a container with other plants. Rarely seen anymore, this is a great plant to blend into your garden.
