Dahlia Variabilis – Mignon Mix – a compact lovely dahlia mix with prolific small blooms in colors of red, yellow, orange, pink and white usually with a fuzzy yellow center sitting upon sturdy upright dark green stems. Belonging to the Asteraceae family, it is a perennial in zones 8-10 and an annual in zones 3 – 7. In cool climates, the tubers can be dug up, stored through the winter and replanted in the spring after the danger of frost. Great for adding a pop of color to flower beds and borders, also a beautiful cut flower. Attracts various pollinators. Easy to grow and low maintenance in full sun with well-drained fertile soil.
