Dierama - Spring Dancer. The pink, extremely rare early bloomers explode with soft but brilliant pink star-like flowers. Unlike the others of this family that have flowers that hang, the spring dancer flower faces outward on 3–4-inch thin stems. The seeds for these cuties are collected from the mountains in south Africa. Once sown they like spring rain, but once they are established they are sensitive and do not like being disturbed. They also don’t fare well in heavy wet soil. For ultimate success be mindful to plant in well drained evenly moist to low moisture soil.
