Gypsophila elegans – Crimson is one of the easiest Gysophilas to grow from seed. These plants grow fast, bloom hard and then die back. Highly adaptable, these plants can grow in coastal areas, mountainous areas with high elevation and in between. Crimson red tiny flowers fill this airy leaved plant that will spread like a mat. The small bright red blooms are a great backdrop for a border or edging, or containers. As an annual it will die off and then start seed indoors early to start over for following year. Great for cut flowers as well.
