Penstemon procerus – Littleflower Penstemon is a native plant to Western North America and parts of Canada. With flower clusters that almost appear translucent because of the variation of blue to purple on all the flower blooms with a soft white center.. This variety is more a dwarf at maximum heights of 15 inches, with blooms. It will be beneficial in your garden throughout the summer while attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees while being resistant to deer and rabbits. These plants are best for edging gardens and mixed borders. Prefers middle to higher altitudes and is easy to grow.
