Penstemon watsonii is a plant with blue-purple tubular flowers whorls that are angled in different directions. This plant is Native to Utah and the western part of U.S. It will work great in your garden and is beneficial for bees, blooming throughout the spring into early summer. These flowers will attract hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees while being resistant to deer and rabbits. These plants are best for western gardens, beds, and borders while being very drought tolerant. They are considered a desert plant as well. No care required, quite tolerant of poor soil and heat.
