Poppy - Meconopsis superba is a rare poppy with large white flowers that rise atop huge silvery rosettes. It has a blooming season ranging from July to August, can be grown in part shade in well-draining soil, and will grow up to 24 inches tall. It will attract pollinators to your garden such as Butterflies and Bees while being resistant to Deer and Rabbits. These do well in rock gardens, and also in beds and borders in the garden. A distinctive monocarpic evergreen plant. The unlobed hairy leaves are a distinctive silver grey and the flowers borne on a tall stem are pure white with a deep purple stigma.
