Campanula carpatica – Tussock Bellflower, found in the Carpathian Mountains of Central Europe, are long, skinny stems bearing solitary, large upward-facing bell-shaped flowers in shade of blue, purple, or white. Although low-growing flowers, they usually reach the height of 8”-18” inches tall, and are known for producing so many blooms, it nearly obscures the entire plant itself. These easy-to-grow flowers thrive in the full sun to partial shade and bloom in multitudes through Summer to Fall. Rabbit tolerant, yet very attractive for hummingbirds, so expect many busy friends in your garden.
