Agrostemma githago is a plant from Europe that would get mixed in wheat fields and was in the grain when harvesting. The 5-point bloom has a whiter throat with a black line on each petal that is a bright colored pink or pinkish purple. The species is hermaphrodite (has both male and female organs) and is pollinated by Butterflies and Bees mainly.
