Matthiola Incana – Ten Week Blue also commonly known as the Gillyflower, Ten-weeks and Brompton Stock, is a popular plant for centuries in the Brassicaceae family with fragrant showy blue, sometimes double gorgeous flowers. It blooms for about ten weeks from late spring to early summer. A perennial in zones 7 – 10 and an annual in cooler climates. An excellent cut flower favored by florists that can last up to two weeks! Prefers cooler temperatures and may not do well in hot humid conditions.
